I don't believe in the “one sized fits all” mentality. It is my goal to provide you with the most satisfying cup of coffee that you can imagine.

 

I also want to put things in simple terms, that everyone can understand. Tasting coffee is not as complex as you would believe. Think of what flavours and texture do you appreciate? For instance, imagine there is a table with the following deserts on it; which would you choose, would you choose for the chocolate mousse with a raspberry sauce, or the apple pie with whipped creme, or a spicy rum cake, or caramel coated roasted hazelnuts? Simple as that.

 

By using my experience with coffee, I can help to coax out the latent different flavour combinations to match your palette and desires.

 

Each bean is roasted to order, to your individual needs. Nothing is preroasted, nothing is waiting.

 

In order to deliver you the supreme level of satisfaction, I never buy a coffee that I cannot tell you the farm where the coffee was grown. Not fairtrade, not organic, simply transparent.

 

You can also have a peace of mind for our environment as well. Dolce Alchemia's waste and by- products (such as coffee grounds) are reused to grow shittake mushrooms and the rest goes to community garden projects.
